FRESH FRUIT SALAD

Peach | 1 | ||||
Fresh Strawberries | 1/2 cup | ||||
Red or Green apple unpeeled | 1 | ||||
Grapefruit in quarters | 1/2 | ||||
Lemon Juice | 1/4 tsp. | ||||
Vanilla Extract | 1/8 tsp. | ||||
PREPARATION | |||||
Peel, remove pit and cut up the peach. Cut the strawberries in | |||||
two. Remove the membrane on the grapefruit and cut it up. | |||||
Remove the core leaving the skin on the apple. Add to the strawberries | |||||
and peach. Add the lemon juice to prevent the fruit from darkening. | |||||
Add the vanilla. Let sit for a few hours in the fridge. | |||||
