SPINACH SALAD

INGREDIENTS:                                                                                                       QUANTITY

rinse, drain and refrigerate                                                                                      

raw spinach                                                                                                               1 bag

bean sprouts                                                                                                             1 pkg.

water chestnuts                                                                                                        1 pkg.

hard boiled egg, sliced and crumbled                                                                        1

PREPARATION:

Tear spinach into pieces.Combine with remaining ingredients; toss lightly.

Toss again with enough dressing(e.g.low cal. Italian) to moisten all ingredients.

ALLOWANCE:

2 vegetables from group 3.

1 portion from group 6-B-egg.
