Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
Fresh Peach (rinse if canned) 1/2
Fresh Pears (rinse if canned) 1/2
Apple 1/2
Orange 1/2
Banana 1/2
Red Grapes 6
Water 1 cup
Lemon Juice 1 tsp.
Zero Calorie Sweetner 3 tsp.
PREPARATION
Prepare the syrup by boiling the water and sugar substitute.
Add the lemon juice and cool. Cut the fruits into pieces and add
the syrup. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 3 servings
ALLOWANCE
1 portion = 1 fruit
