FRESH FRUIT SALAD

INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
Peach 1
Fresh Strawberries 1/2 cup
Red or Green apple unpeeled 1
Grapefruit in quarters 1/2
Lemon Juice 1/4 tsp.
Vanilla Extract 1/8 tsp.
PREPARATION
Peel, remove pit and cut up the peach. Cut the strawberries in
two. Remove the membrane on the grapefruit and cut it up.
Remove the core leaving the skin on the apple. Add to the strawberries
and peach. Add the lemon juice to prevent the fruit from darkening.
Add the vanilla. Let sit for a few hours in the fridge.
ALLOWANCE
1/2 cup = 1 portion, Group 4 fruits.
