BROCCOLI IN TOMATO SAUCE

INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
Frozen broccoli or cauliflower 10 ounces
Mashed tomatoes 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil 2 tsp.
Vinegar 1 & 1/2 tsp.
Oregano 1/4 tsp.
Lite salt 1/4 tsp.
 

PREPARATION

Steam broccoli/cauliflower. Heat tomatoes, oil, vinegar and add
oregano. Pour over hot drained vegetables. Sprinkle with lite salt,
if needed. Green beans can be substituted by omitting vinegar
and oregano. Instead, add 1/8 tsp. of garlic and 1/8 tsp. of dill

1 cup = 1 vegetable from group 3
