Beverage – Mint Cooler

INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
Water 1 cup/ 250ml
Zero Calorie Sweetener (if desired) 2 tbsps.
Chopped mint leaves 1/4 cup
Lemon Juice 1/2 cup
Unsweetened Orange Juice 2 cups
Diet Ginger-Ale 1-2L bottle
PREPARATION
Bring water to a boil with zero calorie sweetener and mint. Strain and let cool.
When about to serve, add the remaining ingredients and pour into glasses with crushed ice.
Makes 8-10 glasses. 1-8oz. glass = 30 calories
ALLOWANCE
1 glass = 1 fruit
