BAKED SALMON

INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
Salmon steaks  3 & 1/2 ounces 4
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp.
Chopped Shallots 1/4 cup
Pepper to taste
Chopped Parsley
PREPARATION
Place the steaks in ovenware. Sprinkle with the lemon juice;
season and cover. Place in the oven at 375° F for 35 minutes or
until the fish flakes easily. Separate into 4 portions. Serve each
portion with a slice of garlic and parsley. Serves 4
