BAKED MIX VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
Green beans 1 cup
Tomatoes, chopped 1/2 cup
Celery, cut into strips 1/2 cup
Green pepper, cut into strips 1/4 cup
Onions, cut into strips 1/4 cup
Vegetable oil 2 tsp.
Light salt 3/4 tsp.
Dash of pepper to taste
 

PREPARATION

Put all ingredients into casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350° for
30 minutes.
Serves 2

Seasoning permitted daily
